Curious about Tai Chi, but not sure what to expect?
Join us for a gentle open house where you can sip tea, observe a simple Tai Chi demonstration, ask questions, and learn more about our Tuesday evening class.
This is not a full class. It is a relaxed way to come see what we do, meet the teacher, and feel into whether this practice is right for you.
Tai Chi is slow, mindful movement that helps support balance, breath, focus, and calm. It is gentle on the body and can be a beautiful way to reduce stress, build body awareness, and feel more grounded.
Our weekly Tai Chi class is offered on Tuesdays at 6 PM.
