About Us

Welcome to Seed Yoga and Flower Massage, a sanctuary for holistic healing and self-care. Our mission is to create a space where you can reconnect with your mind, body, and spirit, and leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

At Seed Yoga, we offer a variety of classes for all levels of experience, from gentle and restorative yoga to more challenging vinyasa flows. Our experienced and compassionate teachers will guide you through each class, helping you to develop a deeper awareness of your body and breath. Whether you're looking to build strength, increase flexibility, or simply unwind, we have a class for you.

In addition to yoga, we offer massage, a unique and luxurious form of bodywork that combines the healing properties of therapeutic touch with soothing sounds and aromatherapy. Our skilled therapist uses a combination of Swedish, Myofascial, Ashiatsu, and Thai-Yoga techniques, along with warm compresses, to release tension and promote relaxation. Each massage session is tailored to your individual needs and preferences, ensuring that you receive the maximum benefit.

At Seed Yoga and Flower Massage, we believe that true wellness is about more than just physical health. That's why we offer a variety of workshops and events focused on mindfulness, meditation, and self-care. From sound baths to chakra workshops, we're committed to providing you with the tools and resources you need to live your best life.

We invite you to come and experience the transformative power of Seed Yoga and Flower Massage for yourself. Our welcoming and supportive community is here to help you on your journey towards greater health, happiness, and inner peace.

Her approach to yoga is grounded in the belief that anyone can practice and benefit from the ancient discipline, regardless of age or physical ability.

Inspired by the power of touch and holistic healing, Christina decided to pursue a career in massage therapy.

As she continued to deepen her practice, Christina became inspired to share the benefits of yoga and massage therapy with her community.

In 2019, Christina founded Seed Yoga and Flower Massage, offering a range of services that promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and self-discovery.  Her studio is a welcoming and peaceful space where clients can unwind and connect with their inner selves.

In addition to her yoga and massage work, Christina also offers Sound Healing, Yoga Nidra meditation and Reiki.  She believes that these practices are essential for overall well-being and can help individuals connect with their inner selves and find peace.
