Baking + Sound Healing Workshop
A special collaboration with The Village Witch & Seed Yoga + Flower Massage

Join us for an afternoon of creativity, nourishment, and sensory delight as we blend the magic of baking with the healing power of sound.

In this one-of-a-kind experience, The Village Witch will guide you through hands-on focaccia decorating (yes, we’ll bake and snack on it during class!) and a crash course in sourdough sandwich bread. You’ll also learn how to care for your sourdough mother, get access to our helpful slideshow (so no need to take notes), and go home with your very own loaf and baking pan.

After we get our hands deliciously doughy, I’ll guide you through a relaxing sound bath to soothe your nervous system and help you integrate the joy of this creative process.
